About

DSCN1098_4I am a lifelong foodie in Toronto who spends much too much of time thinking about food…this is my way to share my musings about all things food…and hearing from others who also share my love of food…

And when I am not obsessing about food, I keep busy as an independent marketing consultant and part-time lecturer at the University of Toronto in marketing & strategy.

You may have also guessed that I love to travel.  I have lived in, and travelled extensively through, Africa, Europe, Asia and Central America.  I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro last year and just got back from several weeks in Bali.   And I am already busy planning my next trip…and anticipating the meals to be enjoyed!

I’ve never tried a tamarind – do you have recipes here for same? I do like tea and drink it daily. Currently I have a recipe up for tea and pomegranate – pretty close?
